Match Reports

Well for once we had plenty of defenders but no keeper and only one striker with a dodgy knee!! So it was a surprise when the green giant Dave bombs forward and scores a goal and forces a fine save from the keeper minutes later. for us the game was comfortable, we were able to use our pace to hit the shoppers on the counter while we were also able to build up play well at times. Noteable performers were: Sercan "Turkregas" Acer who was a midfield maestro; Andreas was assured in goal; Matt was determined and scored a fine solo goal from defence; Julian who did okish and Sayid for being scrappy. charles was inspirational as usual.
Sorry Veebs, looks like your gonna have to wait a while before you can get on the score sheet!!
