Match Reports
Great start to the game for Bookham with 4 quick goals in 5 minutes with a hat-trick for Jonny. One of which was surprisingly unselfishly left to trickle over the line by Joe. Then followed some slack defending and goal keeping errors letting Kebab back into the game. Bookham went into the half time interval 6-3 up after some great moves with some good finishing by the forwards. The second half kicked off with bookham again starting brightly and scoring a few quick goals after some excellent team play. As the game went on bookham dominance ultimately told as the goals started to flow with Rylan adding a double to his first half goal to complete his hat-trick and Dom finishing off a good move with a powerful strike. Nick Bennett (eventually!) scored after missing a few shall we say including smashing the ball out the court twice. Neil smashed one in after coming out of goal after beating a couple of defenders almost literally after coming out. All in all a good attacking performance and a good win to get a hopefully successfull season going. the first game of the summer season under the watchful eye of returning manager Danny "panny Nips" Adams. Big things are expected this season and with the addition of some international bright young things into the squad it was always going to be tough from the outset.

Within minutes from the outset its was obvious that Bookham had been here before and after some research from manager tissue dick we found out there credentials.

After 10 minutes Bookham where several goals ahead and as drads called the changes the team on the feild responded by scoring. The bab 2nd string stepped forward and promptly conceded before gildo broke away from his mrker to round the keeper with some style.

nothing of note really happened after that.

bookham where worthy winners and it was good to see the kebab getting a hatful of goals.

well done bookham and good luck for the rest of the season
